PRICE DROP - 90 Roxborough Street East - ROSEDALE
At the end of September, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 64.17 x 125.42 foot lot at 90 Roxborough Street East in South Rosedale.
It was a beautiful house with amazing brick and front door. The inside was just as nice with the hosue having been recently designed by Sloan Mauran, the former owner of 51 Bernard Avenue in Yorkville...
That is currently listed at $3,300,000.
And current owner of the house at 297 Russell Hill Road...
That is currently listed at $7,850,000.
This house was listed at $5,560,000.
Considering that
the similar (but larger) house at 18 Chestnut Park Road (which is now under renovations) could sell just under $6,000,000...
Or the house at 34 Chestnut Park that needed a ton of work was able to sell close to $4.5 million (I think) in 2011...
I didn't see why this couldn't sell close to ask...
Except that it is only 4 bedrooms. I thought that might be problem.
And it looks like it is.
This house hasn't sold and the price has dropped...
To $5,450,000.
Not sure that's going to be enough.
