Just yesterday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flip on a 16.12 x 80 foot lot at 22 Belmont Street.

It was a flip that was just listed a few days ago.

They did a good job of brightening up a dark row house that had stair issues...

When it sold in March for $985,999.

When I posted it yesterday, the asking price was $1,289,000.  I thought it could sell for $1,310,000.

Guess that's lower than what they are looking for.  

The price has now been increased to...

$1,399,000.

And the listing has been updated to take off the 'Amenities'...
