This is a good looking, good sized house, in a great location with parking.
And though it needs a LOT of work, it could be amazing.
With probably about $500,000 (maybe more but the 'bones' look good) or a little more for an addition, this could be a bigger version of the house on the 30 x 100 foot corner lot with 3 car parking at 13 Bowden Street...
That sold for $1,980,000 two years ago.
If the house that I recenlty posted at 14 Sparkhall Avenue ...
And the house overlooking the park at 605 Carlaw Avenue that is currently being fully gutted....
Sold for $1,371,000 a year ago....
Then this house is going waaaaaaay over ask.
This house might be a little bit too close to the Danforth for some, but it is a great street.
I'm thinking this will sell closer to $1,450,000....maybe a little less .
