I first posted this 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom Forest Hill house on a 50.03 x 150.83 foot lot at 559 Spadina Road in January 2013.

The listing photo looked like this...

The asking price was $1,850,000.

It wasn't the first time it was listed.  This house had also been listed in 2010 for $1,650,000 only to have 2 drops and end at $1,525,000.  I am pretty sure it never sold.

And perhaps that is when they decided to put all the concrete stuff on the front yard...

But if this house was fixed up, it could be a really good house on a big lot (though still located on Spadina).

And the lot is 'severable'.

I thought if they took $200,000 of the asking and made it closer to $1,650,000, this would become townhouses.

It never sold and it was relisted in February for $1,850,000.

If finally sold...

For $1,662,000.
