This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 23 x 80 foot lot at 95 Ilford Avenue.

I first posted it in March 2012 when the asking price was $1,144,000 which was a price drop from the  September 2011 listing at $1,195,000 and the May 2011 listing before that at $1,295,000.

It was a good house though a little cramped especially with that garage.

But it didn't sell.

Then a bout a month ago, it was on the market again.  This time the asking price was $1,295,000.

Compared to the house at 85 Ilford Road, this was a good price, but they were both priced too high.

Though 85 Ilford Road had a price drop, it is still on the market.

This house just sold...

For $1,105,000.
