Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 135 foot lot at 184 Pearson Avenue.

Despite the multiple types of wood on the first floor, and the odd kitchen layout, I was really into the house.

And though the rooms on the second floor weren't huge, that 3rd loft would probably make it easier to add a third floor master suite addition.

It was listed at $895,000 which I thought was low.  I thought this house could sell as high as $1,125,000.

Now, for some reason they have raised the price...

To $995,000.

Guess they didn't get that bidding war that they wanted?
