If you aren't into tudor, you probably won't love the front of house...

And if you aren't into shabby chic, you probably aren't going to love the inside either.

But you have to admit, this house is kind of amazing.

It isn't huge with only 2+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a garage, but it sits on a 24.92 x 118.5 foot lot.

It reminds me of the 2 bedroom house at 6 Runnymede Road

 in Swansea that was listed at $789,000 and sold for $803,000 in 2013.

That was a great, charming house that will probably stay as is.

But because of this house's lot size and location so close to Queen, it will probably get torn down.

I wish it wouldn't.  Though I find the tudor kind of stark here and I am not into shabby chic, I kind of love what is going on.

It is listed at $779,000.

Like the house at 6 Runnymede, this will probably go over ask.  

I'm thinking closer to $830,000...maybe more.
