So, it's a lot of building.

And the history of it being the warehouse for the milk bottling plant of A.J. Stephenson Dairy is interesting.

But $2,499,000 in this location!?!

In this laneway?

Though I am sure a lot of people would chose this location over the Kensington Market warehouse conversion at 9A Casimir Street...

I just don't see $2.5 happening here.

Then again, there is a Garden Table...
