This is a 5+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom cottage/home/private resort on 4 acres of land with 750 feet of waterfront just outside of Barrie in Shanty Bay.

Inside,  the furniture is kind of bland.  It isn't super fancy and they are really into La-Z-Boy chairs (there are 5 that I can count).  I would keep the Lay-Z-Boys  (maybe) and move the guest house furniture into the main house to get rid of some of that beige because there is a LOT of beige.  

But throughout the property...

There is a pool, 2 hot tubs (what is this, the Beaches?), fake palm trees, tiki huts, a full hockey rink, a kid's playset...

A swim up bar that is just one of 6 bars...

And then there is that barn.

I want that barn.  

It's has a huge projection screen, a foosball table, darts, a hockey net, a pool table....

A full Coyote Ugly Bar...

And ummm...

Is that an OutRun machine!?!?!?!?!

But $13,000,000?

Not sure how long this has been on the market, but I don't see it going this high...

Unless they through in the driving game.
