AND IT WENT FOR - 184 Pearson Avenue - RONCESVALLES

At the beginning of November, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 135 foot lot at 184 Pearson Avenue in Roncesvalles.

I really liked it.  There was something about it that was very welcoming, and though I wasn't crazy about the paint, there were 3 types of wood floors, and the kitchen wasn't amazing, it worked.

It was listed at $895,000.

I thought this house could go a lot higher than that.  Perhaps closer to $1,125,000.

A week later, they increased the price to $995,000...and the house sat for 2 weeks.

Guess it was going for $1,125,000...

It sold last week...

For $965,000.
