AND IT WENT FOR - 371 Parkside Drive - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

On Friday, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 40 x 122 foot lot at 371 Parkside Drive in High Park/Roncesvalles.

It was kind of a mess and had already been partially gutted (I think unintentionally), but it was a terrific house with lots of potential on a large lot over looking High Park.

Sure, it was on a busy street but this house could be great.

It was listed at $859,000.

Like the house at 1 Fenwick Avenue in Riverdale, I thought this house was way underpriced (okay, maybe not quite as much as Fenwick).

Turns out it had already been listed for 14 days, but it didn't matter.

It sold the day I posted it...

For $1,120,000.
