I first posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 35 x 74 foot lot at 7 Allen Avenue in South Riverdale in August.

The listing said 'No Interior Showings' so I was guessing that the front steps weren't the only things falling apart.

It was listed at $1,195,000.

There was no way this was selling for that much.

It didn't.

In October, the price was dropped A LOT to $895,000.

It just sold...

For $635,000.

Or 53% of original ask.
