PH - 206 Bloor Street West - ANNEX

Last week, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 6,0000+ square foot condo on the 7th floor in the Hazelton Hotel at 118 Yorkville Avenue..

It had a lot of 'tawny' detailing and was basically going to be a really hard sell.  Especially since it was only on the 7th floor, with tiny patios, and the price was...

$15,995,000.

And there were a lot of tawny details.

This condo on the other hand, is 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms over 2 storeys and 5,700 square feet with 1,152 square feet of outdoor space on 4 patios with amazing views...

And 3 parking spots .

It is listed at $12,800,000.

A LOT less than the Yorkville condo.

But, though there are renderings that have been around since blogTO posted it in 2010...

This condo is still unfinished.

Which is a good thing.

This place could be done with an amazing interior for still less than the Yorkville condo....and it won't LOOK like the Yorkville condo.

I think I would switch the dining room to the office near the living room, make the family room the office and move the family room to where the dining room is...

And though the listing says 4 bedrooms, I only see 3.

But this is an amazing condo.

If I were in the $16 million condo market....

It would DEFINITELY be this one over the Yorkville condo.
