This is a 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom triplex (I think) on a 40 x 150 foot lot.

It was listed at the beginning of November and the listing said...

Attention renovators and contractors!

Which makes sense as it looks like it is about to fall down.  

It was listed at $989,000.  I thought that was a bit low, but considering that (from what I remember) there was an elderly tenant still residing in the house, I didn't think this would sell way over asking.

So, I was pretty surprised when the solds came out. 

I can't remember the exact number...

But I think this house sold somewhere around $1,300,000...maybe even $1,351,000.

Wonder if they threw in this dreamcatcher...
