This is a flip.

The last time it was listed was 3 months ago...yes...3 months ago....

For $369,000.

This is what it looked like...

It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an unfinished basement.

It is now a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a finished basement...

And lots of black paint.  

But it seems like that is the thing for this flipper seen here in blakc in front of a previous all black flip from a 2011 Toronto Star article speculating whether it was possibly the  'last good spring market'...

No. it wasn't.

This house has new windows, new floors, a new kitchen, new flat roof, new shingles...basically everything new except the wiring (at least it wasn't mentioned in the listing).

The new asking price is $599,000. 

Hmmm.
