This is a 3+3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 50.50 foot lot with one carport at 4 Lennox Street just south of Bloor and east of Bathurst.
The lising says it is a designer's own house, but I am not sure who the designer is (apparently More Photos And Info Coming).
But I really like the house.
I wouldn't say this happening across the street from Monday to Friday every week is awesome...
And Artemide light fixtures...
Thing is...
It's on a pretty small lot.
And the asking price is $1,749,000.
I'll update my thoughts on that once we see more photos.
