This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi at 616 Pape Avenue in Riverdale.
It's a dark house and it needs work.
I'm not into the front door, and there is a lot of stuff everywhere, but with some paint and a nice IKEA kitchen and bathroom, this could be a good house (at least from what I can see from the photos).
Plus, the backyard is clean. It's not very big, but it's tidy.
And it is one of few listings available in Riverdale right now.
But $725,000!?!
I don't think so.
Maybe they could throw this into the deal...
