Two weeks ago, I posted this 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on an 81.5 x 138.66 foot lot at 40 Rosedale Heights Drive in Moore Park.

It had amazing floor plans that needed some rejigging, like the first floor...
I think I would make the drawing room the dining room, the laundry would be a pantry/butler service and the dining room would become part of a larger living room.
The house had been listed in the spring. And though I am almost positive that it also sold in the spring...
A reader said it didn't.
In the spring, it was listed at $4+ million.
Recently, the asking price was $3,790,000.
It just sold...
For $3,650,000.
