Like the house in my last post at   , this is a Montreal house that has been listed for a LONG time.

It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that used to be a firehouse.

This was the living room...

And the kitchen...

I posted it in September of 2012 and the asking price was $3,900,000.

It looks like it never sold and the owner has moved out because this is the living room now...

But the whole place hasn't been painted white.

The kitchen is still green...

And some of the walls are still blue...

But the price is way down.

The new (not sure how 'new' it is) is now $2,590,000.
