Price drop?  Probably.

And it looks like we finally have that drop.

Like another one of this builder's new builds (there are several in the neighbourhood) at 102 Joicey Boulevard... 

This house was overpriced.

The Joicey house was first listed at $4,299,000.  It sold for $3,850,000.

This house was listed at $4,498,000.

The new price is...

$4,298,000.

Is that going to be enough?  I don't think so.
