PRICE INCREASE - 423 Parkside Drive - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

Earlier this week, I posted this 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 423 Parkside Drive.

It was a triplex that needed work, but could be an amazing house.

It was down the street from a similar sized gutter at 371 Parkside Drive that sold for $1,120,000....

So, it was pretty clear that this was underpriced at $889,900.

But I have no idea why they bothered increase the price.

The new asking price is...

$899,900.
