This is a 2+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 'bungaloft' (still trying to figure out what I think about this word) on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 29 Westwood Avenue in Pape Village.

And I really like it.

It looks completely staged so I can't tell if this is a flip, but if it is, I like what they did.

I don't love the front steps.  Or the bedroom at the front of the house which would work better as an office.  But the floors are good, the kitchen is a good size and it looks new, there is parking, the yard is large.

It reminds me of a nicer version of the bungalow at 361 Rhodes Avenue in Greenwood-Coxwell...

That was listed initially listed at $569,900 in July 2012 and sold in September 2012 for $545,000.

Or the bungalow at 97 Gainsborough Road in Greenwood-Coxwell...

That was listed at $459,500 in October 2012 and sold for $491,000.

This house is listed at $599,000.

It's a short walk to Pape Viallage and it is only steps to Broadview and Whistler's...

Plus, this is the neighbour...

(I think he looks friendly, I could be wrong)

So, this place won't sit for long.
