When it was listed for $773,500 in September 2012 and sold for $850,000.

It is now a new house that I thought was a Grey House at first, like the one at 341 Belsize Drive...

But the windows are different and once you see the inside, it's clear that it isn't a Grey House.

According to the listing, this interior was done by Lilly Otasevic, who is a designer and 'sculptress'.

For the most part, I really like this house.  Some washrooms, like the first floor powder room and the basement bathroom, are kind of in weird locations.

But otherwise, I like the kitchen, I like the layout, and if you like the proximity to Bayview, it is in a great location.

It was first listed in June 2014 for $2,089,000.

It was dropped to $1,995,000 in November.

It's back on the market...

For $1,995,000.

But what I really want to know is what is going on with the neighbour at 411 Belsize Drive that looked like this in July...

And now looks like this...

It might have a bit of an overload of cedar happening....

But I want to see what's going on inside that one!
