And this house that sits on the ravine...

All three properties were listed together as a 'compound' for $16,900,000.

Not surprisingly...

That didn't happen.

But one of these properties has finally sold.

The Richard Wengle designed 2 or 3 bedrooms house that was built in 2008 and was listed at $4,900,0000 just sold...

For $4,500,000.

Not bad!
