Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16 x 128 foot lot with a 1 car garage at 105 Leslie Street in Leslieville.

It was a good looking house that was done top to bottom.  A lot of readers found it dated.  I thought it should really well (even though, on second loot, those dark floors show everything!).

It was listed at $749,000.

I thought that was a joke and that it would sell over $900,000 for sure.

Turns out, it had sold the day before after only 2 days on the market...

For $865,000.
