Last week, I posted this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 32 x 83 foot lot at 23 Fairview Boulevard in Riverdale.

It could be a move right in house, but it could also benefit from a full reno (and a new roof?).

It was listed at $1,399,000.

I thought it might sell for $1,550,000...maybe even $1,599,000.  

It sold...

For $1,486,000.
