AND IT WENT FOR - 26 Tecumseth Street - NIAGARA

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15.58 x 84.67 foot lot at 26 Tecumseth Street in Niagara.

I had last posted it in February 2013 when it was listed at $799,000.

It showed really well then with well thought out lamps and colours....and a Golden Tee machine.

It sold for $850,000.

This time around, it didn't show as well.  There were no changes or updates, not even paint.   And the staging was really boring (especially compared to how it was before).

It was listed at $899,000.

If you were to apply the 10% increase over 2 years, this should have sold close to $1,000,000.  I thought it would sell a little lower at $945,000.

It sold...

For $899,000.
