AND IT WENT FOR - 4 Lennox Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

I thought this was going to be a tough sell.

This house is on a 30 x 50.5 foot lot.  It is 3 bedrooms (not sure why the listing initially said 3+3) and 4 bathrooms.

The asking price was $1,749,000.

Though it was a great looking house, there weren't a lot of pictures so it was hard to tell what was going on.  The listing said there were was

....and when more photos arrived, there were only 4 new ones and they weren't a lot of help (and who is the designer?  Thought that would have been part of the MoreInfo Coming).

Plus, considering the lot size and the proximity to Central Tech High School...

I thought that price might be a little high.

Well....

This house sold in 5 days...

For $1,950,000.

And now there are a LOT more photos that I have added below.

So...$2 million?

Was it worth it?

Clearly to the person who bought it, it was.  You have to admit, if this is your style, this house is pretty amazing (if you don't mind the small lot or high school kids).

And though I would chose this house in a second, it makes me wonder what ever happened to Elaine Ciccone's house at 6A Brockton Avenue.
