AND IT WENT FOR - 69B Harshaw Avenue - BABY POINT
A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 69B Harshaw Avenue.
I was a little confused about who the builder was, but it was clearly the builder of the house beside it at 69A Harshaw Avenue that was listed in April for $1,749,000.
This house was the exact mirror image, except for the kitchen.
Speaking of the kitchen, some readers were commenting that it was clearly a Sektion kitchen from IKEA...
But though the kitchen from this house is similar (not really)...
The Sektion kitchen was only available a few weeks ago so that would have been impossible. (sidenote: still don't really get the problem with a customized IKEA kitchen, even at a $1.7 price point)
I wasn't sure what 69A sold for, but considering that this house was listed at $1,775,000, I assumed it sold close to or over listing.
And I am guessing it did.
Because this house sold...
For $1,775,000.
