Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 140 foot lot with a garage at 79 Helena Avenue in Wychwood (or Hillcrest depending on who you ask).

I was not crazy about the front or the glazed donut floors...

But the house as a whole was great.

The asking price was $1,169,000.

There was no way this was not going to go over asking.

It sold for...

$1,340,000.

I wonder if they are going to keep the floors.
