Almost exactly a year ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 49 x 232 foot lot overlooking St. George's Golf Course at 28 Ridgevalley Crescent.

It looks like it hasn't been touched in decades...

But I love it.

But I knew they price of $4,500,000 was probably a little bit too high.

It didn't sell and, in July, the price was dropped to $3,900,000.

That same day, a house down the street at 8 Ridgevalley Crescent that also backs onto the golf course and had a back yard that looked like this...

(but was kind of close to Islington)

Was listed for...

$2,895,000.

Not such great news for this place.

This house has now had a nother price drop.

The new asking price is...

$3,498,000.
