PRICE DROP - 7 Ava Crescent - FOREST HILL

In July, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 100 x 113 foot lot at 7 Ava Crescent in Forest Hill.

I liked the house, but there were aspect about it that felt pretty dated...like the kitchen.  But there was also something about it that felt current.

But it didn't really matter because the only thing that matters in this house is this bar...

I love this bar.

The asking price was $3,499,000.

With a house this size and a lot that is only 113 feet deep, I thought that was a little high.  I was thinking it would sell closer to $3.2.

It never sold and, according to a commentor, the price for this house was dropped in September...

To $3,339,000.

Maybe it's time for another drop?
