AND IT WENT FOR - 11 Admiral Road - ANNEX

At the end of December, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 24.42 x 141 foot lot at 11 Admiral Road in the Annex.

I assumed it was a flip because this is what it looked like on the streetview when I posted it...

And this is what it looks like now from the August 2014 streetview...

So....yeah.

It's a flip.

It was first listed in November for $3,995,000.

I mentioned that considering the detached house at 11 Lowther Avenue sold just over that asking price...

This was probably a bit high for a semi.

When I posted it, the price had been dropped to $3,895,000.  I still thought it was a little high.

Well, it looks like I missed another price drop to $3,695,000.

Two weeks after that drop, this house finally sold...

For $3,518,000.
