Last Friday, I posted this 5+1 bedroom (I only saw 4+1), 4 bathroom house on a 35 x 132 foot lot with a 2 car garage and 2 parking spots at 229 Wright Avenue in Roncesvalles.

And I loved it.

But from the comments, it was clear that not everyone did.  

It was listed at $2,375,00.

I thought it was going to go over, but we will never know if it would have or not...

Because this house sold the day I posted it, after only 2 days on the market...

For $2,350,000.
