SOLD - 202 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL
Last week, a reader sent in the listing for this house.
It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi/row house on a 19.15 x 97.6 foot lot at 202 Macpherson Avenue.
When the reader sent it in, they asked for my thoughts and here was my response...
It might be a little overpriced, but it has a yard and 2 parking spots. Plus it's a detached as opposed to a row house (or at least the last one of a row).
The asking price was $1,395,000.
I couldn't remember the exact price, but there was a house just a few doors down that had sold overasking just a few weeks earlier. I think it had been listed around $1.1 and I think it sold around $1.2 or $1.25.
So...even though this house had 2 parkings spots, I didn't think this would sell at ask.
It took 20 days to sell and the final selling price was...
$1,360,125.
Not bad!
