What!?!  So the builder can build something like this house down the street...

And get rid of that basement!!!

This house is amazing as it is.

Okay, it could use some updating, but it doesn't need to be torn down.

It is a 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 95 x 125 foot lot.  It is listed at $1,799,000.

So, considering that the 'updated' (in the 80s!) version of this house down the street at 58 Heathcote Avenue...

That didn't have a finished basement...

But was possibly owned by Mike Weir's agent...

Was listed at $1,889,000 and just sold for $2,583,000....

I'm thinking that this house is going close to 37% over ask as well...

And that they are both going to get torn down.
