In February, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 15 x 80.91 foot lot at 222 Winnett Avenue in the Oakwood/Humewood area.

It was listed at $425,000.

Thing is, it had been listed under a year earlier...

For $279,000.

Though I thought it could sell for $310,000 then, it sat on the market for a few weeks before finally selling at $251,000.

So, the new list price was a 70% increase....in less than a year.

Looks like that was a little much as the price was dropped in March to $389,000.

It has now sold...

For $###,###.

Or a 41% increase in just over a year.
