Yesterday, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 127.15 foot lot at 279 Indian Road in Roncesvalles/High Park.

If it was your style, it was a great house...

All except the open master bathroom...

That could have been a deal breaker, but at least the toilet was in a separate space with a door.

For me, I wasn't so crazy about that dresser being right behind the headboard.  

Other than those 2 issues, this was a great house. It was listed at $2,098,000.

Considering that the larger house at 229 Wright Avenue...

Sold for $2,350,000...

And the fact that the multiplex just a few doors down at 273 Indian Road...

Just sold for $1,720,000...

I thought this place would sell for $2,149,000...maybe more.

Turns out, when I posted it, it had just sold...

For $2,200,000.
