AND IT WENT FOR - 30 Hurndale Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES

Last Wednesday, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 42 x 110 foot lot just north of the Danforth in Playter Estates.

It was so close to the Danforth that you could see the Carrot Common parking lot from the front door.

But with such a large house on a large lot, I didn't think that was going to be a problem.

This house was listed at $1,499,000.

Since the house at 9 Playter Boulevard...

Had just sold for $2,100,000.

I thought this house was selling over ask, but not quite as high as Playter.  I was thinking closer to $1.8.

This house just sold...

For $1,810,000.
