AND IT WENT FOR - 37 Grenadier Road - RONCESVALLES

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14.25 x 127 foot lot at 37 Grenadier Road in Roncesvalles.

It wasn't a wide house, but it was a good house that showed really well.

It was a move in ready house that, though it had a kitchen in the basement, did not have a separate entrance to access it.

But with a little drywall and somehow creating an entrance, there was a possible income suite with a kitchen that was there.

It was listed at $797,900.

I thought it could sell for closer to $845,000....maybe $865,000.

It sold...

For $867,000.
