Last week, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 95 x 125 foot lot at 41 Heathcote Avenue in Saint Andrews.

The listing said 'Attention Builders', but I kind of liked it just the way it was.

But unfortunately, I don't think it is staying.

It was listed at $1,799,000.

Considering that a similar house down the street at 58 Heathcote Avenue...

Had recently been listed at $1,889,000 and sold for $2,583,000....

I didn't think this was going to be any different.

It wasn't.  

This house sold...

For $2,704,000.
