Last week, I posted this detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 21 x 143 foot lot with parking for 3 cars at 66 St. Clarens Avenue in Little Portugal.
Other than the front door making the entry a little dark...
And a closed off kitchen, slightly dated kitchen...
This was a really good house.
But with a new opened up kitchen/family room...
And a front door like the door at 279 Indian Road....
This could be a great house.
Especially if these possibly slopey (not sloppy!) floors upstairs...
Were not so slopey.
This house was listed at $749,900.
Because of the Perrier (the French Pellegrino)...
And the fact that this was a good detached house with a garage in an area surrounded by Roncesvalles, Queen Street East, and Dundas West...
It was clear this would go over.
I thought it would sell somewhere around $945,000...maybe more.
Unless the floors were slopey.
It sold...
For $930,000.
The slopey floors must have been the camera angle.
