mishMASH - 5340 Seaside Place - WEST VANCOUVER *UPDATE*

This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, house on a 12,626 square foot waterfront lot with 89 feet of shoreline at 5340 Seaside Place in West Vancouver.
And like the house at 2187 Gisby Street also in West Vancouver...
If you don't like concrete, this is not the house for you.
This house has been on the market for at least a year and a half.
At one point this house had furniture...
But for some reason they took it out so it's kind of hard to envision it as a cosy house. But I don't think it is meant to be cosy.
The house was designed by Russell Hollingsworth and the building was completed in 2012.
Hollingsworth is the same architect who built the house around the corner at 5365 Seaside Place...
That was listed at $34,000,000 and had a boat garage...
And he was also the architect who designed Lululemon founder Chip Wilson's $57.6 million Point Grey house at 3085 Point Grey Road...
(But was not behind the Gisby house.)
The asking price is $16,800,000.
So, considering this was done by a famous Vancouver architect, but has still been on the market for several years without selling...
Perhaps they should stage it or drop the price.
Or....
Just wait it out like all the other expensive West Vancouver properties.
