At the beginning of March, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 48 x 94 foot lot at 22 Cottingham Road in South Hill.

Though I wasn't certain...

Because of so many similar finishes...

I was pretty sure that this was...

Another Grey House!!!!

That's right!

Another Grey House like the one at 341 Belsize Drive...

360 Walmer Drive...

And my favourite...

355 Briar Hill Road...

And like all of those houses, I was pretty certain this one was also going to have a price drop.

The asking price was $3,195,000.

Maybe if this house were on a ravine with only 1 or 2 houses looking into the massive glass windows...

Then maybe, maybe, I could see that price.

But this house is completely exposed to some very busy streets...

And there is no yard...just the rooftop deck.

So, $3.2 was going to be tough.

And it looks like it was.  The price has now been dropped...

To $2,988,000.
