Okay...
Just 4 days ago, I posted the price drop for this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 200 x 934.77 foot lot at 28 Park Lane Circle in the Bridle Path.
It was first listed in October 2013 for $15,800,000. I posted it in January and 2 weeks later, the price was dropped to $12,988,000.
I am not sure if it had any other drops in the last year or so, but a week before the
that didn't sell the 'Versailles' house at 40 Park Lane Circle...
This house had another price drop.
Four days ago, I posted the drop to $10,900,000.
Three days later, the price was dropped again.
The new asking price is $10,250,000.
