AND IT WENT FOR - 21 Mackenzie Crescent - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE

In March, I posted this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 100 foot lot at 21 Mackenzie Crescent in Beaconsfield Village.

It was a beautiful house on the outside, and on the inside, it was a beautiful house....30 years ago.

This house needed a LOT of work.

So, when I saw that it was priced at $1,800,000, I thought it was just a little high...

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in April to $1,625,000.

Still a little high.

It was dropped again in May to $1,299,000.  

I still thought it was a little high, but maybe by $50,000.

It just sold...

For $1,375,000.
