AND IT WENT FOR - 73 D'Arcy Street - GRANGE PARK
Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house/semi on a 24.5 x 150 foot lot at 73 D'Arcy Street.
It was 2 doors down from the house at 69 D'Arcy Street that I posted in 2012...
When it was listed at $1,290,000...
Only to see a price increase in March 2015 when the price was increased to $1,990,000.
This house was listed at $950,000.
Though the $1,990,000 price was clearly delusional, this price made more sense....
If you were okay with this happening next door...
Looks like someone didn't mind AT ALL because this house just sold...
For $1,300,000.
