PRICE DROP #2 - 21 Mackenzie Crescent - BEASONSFIELD VILLAGE
In March, I posted this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 100 foot lot at 21 Mackenzie Crescent.
It was a beautiful house from the outside, but inside was a tad dated...
And if you didn't need a a gothic library...
Or didn't want a kitchen that was 30 years old (just a guess)...
Then this house would need a LOT of work.
And because of the lot depth, there was no parking, except the listing now says...

So......when I saw that it was priced at $1,800,000, I thought it was little overpriced.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in April to $1,625,000.
Again, it was high by just a little...
