PRICE DROP - 492 Christie Street - WYCHWOOD
At the end of April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 123 foot lot at 492 Christie Street in Wycwood.
Though it was only 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was tiny...
And it was located on Christie...
This was a great house with an amazing backyard.
It was listed at $1,775,000. Because of the lot and the possibility of expanding, despite the kitchen size and the location, I thought this would sell fast.
Turns out, according to a reader, this is really only a 2+1 bedroom house. And that kitchen is tiny.
It did not sell fast. In fact, it has just had a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$1,549,000.
And the listing still says 3+1 bedrooms.
