It's a great looking house with a garage and an amazing backyard on a 50 x 123 foot lot at 492 Christie Street in Wychwood.

I thought it would sell fast.

Thing is, though the listing says it is 3 bedrooms, according to readers who have seen it, there are really only 2 bedrooms and an office.

And the kitchen is small.

Oh, and it's located on Christie which isn't awesome, but with that backyard and the garage, I thought that could be overlooked.

This house was first listed at $1,775,000.

Last week, they dropped the price to $1,549,000.

Yesterday, they increased the price...

To $1,598,000.
